To be eligible for a return, the 360 anti-fraud ID tag must be on all items. If it is not on, you will not receive a refund. No exceptions. Your item must be returned within 20 days of receiving it, and it must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, and with no marks, including makeup, tanning lotion, dirt, food, drinks, etc. It must be cigarette, perfume, food, and scent-free.
